iTrip Central Arkansas is owned and operated by Grant Blodgett. He provides short-term rental management services in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village and Little Rock.

Grant grew up in Central Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in civil engineering. After school, he spent eight years in the industrial construction industry, which involved helping build and maintain steel mills throughout the mid-south. During that tenure, he held roles as an engineer, estimator, project manager and director of estimating. Working in construction taught Grant the value of customer relations, technology, leadership and delegation.

Grant has always been intrigued by all aspects of real estate. As corporate life became more unfulfilling, he searched for entrepreneurial opportunities. He then found iTrip, which catered to his passion for real estate while allowing him to create something of his own. As an iTrip franchisee, he provides a beneficial and trustworthy partnership to homeowners and investors while delivering high-quality experiences to guests.

When not managing short-term rentals, Grant spends time with his friends and family. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, hunting and is a passionate Razorback Sports fan.
